Locations

City, country, river - we are flexible.
We focus on locations where our community wants to be - top tourist regions in the DACH region and cities with a population of 50,000 or more.

Location criteria:

  • At least 50,000 overnight stays p.a. and less than 30 min. to train station/motorway, public transport connection

  • Please with leisure potential: Nature, hiking, skiing, swimming, wellness in a quiet micro-location close to nature or the city centre

  • Commercial or industrial areas do not suit us

Property criteria:

  • At least 2,000 gross floor area or approx. 40 units

  • We prefer refurbishments (sustainability!), but new builds are also possible

  • High energy standard, renewable energies

  • Design & fit-out together with our design and architecture team

  • Flexibility for special projects
