You can arrive at our hotel from 3 pm. So that we can prepare the rooms for the next guests after your stay, we ask you to check out by 10 am.

You can arrive at our hotel whenever you like. Check-in is straightforward and contactless from 3 pm at the check-in terminal in the hotel. Here you can pick up your room card and start your adventure in the Black Forest. If you have any difficulties, we will of course help you at any time.
Die Karte ist in allen Häusern ab 2 Übernachtungen verfügbar. Hierfür ist es absolut notwendig, dass 1 Tag vor Anreise alle Meldedaten vollständig sind (Online-Check-in). Dann bekommt ihr die Karte von uns per Mail zugeschickt.

Please let us know in advance and we will book your four-legged friend in for €15 per night. We have bowls and handmade treats from a small bakery at the Schluchsee ready. :)
We have baby cots and highchairs in all our houses. Let us know in advance if we can put one of these in your room before you arrive. We charge a one-off surcharge of €10 for this.
Charging stations are available in the following houses: stuub saig, stuub todtnauberg, stuub hinterzarten, stuub titisee, stuub schluchsee and pop-up feldberg. Please call us as soon as you are on site and would like to charge.
You select your desired travel period and the number of people on the website and click on "BOOK NOW" - & you will see all available houses and rooms.
Usually until shortly before arrival - but this depends on the rate you have booked. Just check your booking confirmation again. If you are unsure, just get in touch with us. :)
All rooms and flats naturally have bed linen and covers on the beds. Natural cosmetics (soap & shampoo) from Valentina & Philippa are provided in the bathrooms, as well as a hairdryer and towels. You will find a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette in our flats. A cloth for cleaning, washing-up brush and sustainable washing-up liquid from Everdrop are also provided.
You will find a QR code on the inside of the doors of your flat that leads to our app. Here our team has put together tips and recommendations for the area around the respective house.
